Last night I dreamt a dingo ate the police officer who killed my baby

Chalk = Free Speech.

It's a recurring dream... one where the only Justice available to the victims of police brutality is a random act of violence committed by nature... 

PTSD from Police Brutality and its collateral damage is a drag... 
but turning your Pain into Art- that is transformative and righteous.

Chalk Is Art.

Chalk = Free Speech.
Free Speech Is Not A Crime... but the LAPD thinks it is an arrestable offense.  City Attorneys around the country know that Chalk on public property it is not a prosecutable offense.
Someone should remind the LAPD that the exercising of a constitutional right cannot be converted into a crime and of the ACLU civil suit recently filed against the NYPD for unlawful arrests...
